Use custom aliases to find Windows files quickly
A file name is not always the name you remember. Custom aliases give frequently used files and folders a shorter, clearer search name.
Choose a memorable alias
Assign a short name based on how you think about the item, such as a project name, task name, or familiar abbreviation.
Keep the original file unchanged
The alias changes how the item is found inside RocketLauncher. It does not rename or move the original file or folder.
Reduce repeated navigation
Aliases are most useful for deep folders and files that you open repeatedly during everyday work.
